Fuji musician Pasuma has reconciled with his former protégé, Taye Currency, following a public falling-out that strained their relationship.
The reconciliation is said to have taken place in Mecca during the ongoing Umrah pilgrimage. A video circulating online shows the two musicians seated together, engaged in conversation.

Their dispute dates back to 2024, when Taye Currency rejected suggestions that Pasuma was his ‘industry father,’ insisting he saw him only as an elder brother. The remarks sparked widespread debate, drawing criticism from Pasuma’s supporters.
The renewed truce marks an end to months of public jabs exchanged on social media.
