Police in Germany has arrested twenty-five people in simultaneous raids across the country.
The suspects have been arrested over allegations of plotting to overthrow the present government.
According to reports, the group, made up of far-right and ex-military figures, prepared for “Day X” to storm the Reichstag parliament building and seize power.
Heinrich XIII, a man from an old aristocratic family, is said to be one of two alleged ringleaders among those arrested across 11 German states.
Other suspects are said to be part of the QAnon movement.
Nancy Faeser, German Interior Minister, assured citizens that authorities will respond with the full force of the law against what she described as the enemies of democracy.
