Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu will, today, host the Super Eagles at a special send-forth dinner in Lagos ahead of the team’s departure for the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire.
The Sports Development Minister, Senator John Owan Enoh, will co-host the event, to which Governors Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, and Godwin Obaseki of Edo State have been invited.
President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Ibrahim Gusau is also expected to be present alongside other members of the soccer house.

Former Super Eagles captain Dr. Olusegun Odegbami, top celebrities and influencers are also expected to grace the event.
The Super Eagles will arrive in Lagos today from Abu Dhabi where they are presently camping for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
