Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, on Thursday promised that justice would be served for the teenager who was killed by a soldier in the Samaru area of Zaria in Kaduna State on Tuesday.
Ismail Mohammed, a teenager, was shot and killed on Tuesday when troops of the Nigerian Army attempted to disperse hoodlums during the nationwide protest in Samaru.
The governor’s comments were made via a statement delivered by his Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan who led a high-powered delegation made up of top government officials and heads of security agencies to condole with the family of the teenager.
While offering condolences, Governor Sani, who expressed sorrow over the unfortunate incident, promised to leave no stone unturned in a quest for justice over the death of the teenager.

The governor also said that a full and thorough investigation will be conducted and the culprit will be brought to book.
