Grammy-winning American artist Ciara has arrived in Lagos for the 15th anniversary of Lagos Fashion Week and a cultural tour across the city. Her visit was confirmed by the Lagos Governor’s aide on New Media, Jubril Gawat, who said she was received by the Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka.
Ciara is expected to engage with local designers, visit key cultural landmarks, and immerse herself in Lagos’s vibrant art and fashion scene. Organisers describe her presence as a “homecoming,” reflecting the city’s growing reputation as a global hub for creativity and innovation.
