Gunmen have killed Fabian Chinedu, a staff member of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, in Anambra State. The incident occurred on Monday night at Aroma Junction in Awka.
According to the Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu, the attackers fled the scene with the victim’s car, a 2006 model Toyota Corolla, ash colour, bearing Enugu plate number UWN 158 AS.

The police have launched an investigation into the murder and are appealing to the public for any information that could aid in identifying and apprehending the perpetrators.
Authorities have reassured residents of their commitment to enhancing security within the state while urging vigilance and cooperation from the public.
