Nigerian singer and rapper Lil Kesh has expressed scepticism about marriage, stating he no longer believes in the institution.
The 31-year-old artist, known for his 2014 breakout hit ‘Shoki’, said he has been single for a long time and has no immediate plans to settle down. In a recent interview, Kesh said he prioritises his career and does not feel ready to juggle a relationship alongside it.
He dismissed the idea of marrying out of pressure or societal expectations, adding that he isn’t interested in having a child out of wedlock either. While not ruling out future possibilities, the singer made clear that, for now, he sees no reason to pursue marriage.
