Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has turned down an offer to join Greek Super League side Panathinaikos, opting instead to bide his time for a more compelling opportunity.
The 28-year-old striker has endured a challenging spell at Sevilla since arriving on a free transfer last summer, with limited opportunities to make a lasting impact at the Spanish club.

Radio Sevilla reports that Iheanacho was unconvinced by the terms proposed by Panathinaikos and has chosen to delay any potential departure from the Andalusian outfit.
