The Independent National Electoral Commission has presented certificates of return to Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, and his deputy, Onyekachukwu Ibezim, following their re-election. The presentation took place in Awka on Tuesday, led by INEC National Commissioner Kenneth Ukeagu, who described the certificates as symbols of the people’s trust and the conclusion of the democratic process.
Governor Soludo, accompanied by his wife, Nonye, and their children, commended INEC for the smooth conduct of the polls and expressed gratitude to Anambra residents and the All Progressives Grand Alliance for their support.

He pledged to accelerate development across all sectors, promising that his renewed mandate would bring visible improvements in governance, infrastructure, and economic growth throughout the state.
