At least 15 Palestinians, including eight children and two women, have been killed in an Israeli airstrike near a medical facility in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, according to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. The victims were reportedly queueing for food supplements.
Footage from the hospital showed dead children and injured civilians receiving treatment. The Israeli military said it was reviewing the incident.

Elsewhere in Gaza, 26 more deaths were reported as indirect ceasefire talks continued in Doha.
While US officials remain hopeful, negotiators have made little headway. A senior Israeli official suggested a deal may take weeks, with Israel demanding Hamas disarm in exchange for a permanent truce.
Hamas insists on a full ceasefire and blames Israel for stalling progress.
