Health officials in Gaza report that Israeli attacks over the past 24 hours have killed at least 38 Palestinians and injured more than 200.
Among the casualties, 10 were killed in a missile strike on Shati refugee camp, while two women died after a home east of Khan Younis was shelled. In northern Gaza, Kamal Adwan Hospital’s intensive care unit was forced to close due to a fire caused by an Israeli attack.
The UN’s humanitarian office has expressed concern over restricted aid access, with Israeli forces blocking three convoys carrying food and water on Tuesday alone.

Meanwhile, a senior Palestinian negotiator has described ceasefire talks as entering a ‘decisive and final phase.’ The possibility of a truce has brought cautious hope to Gaza residents, enduring over 15 months of conflict.
