At locations in Birnin Kudu and Kiyawa, Governor Namadi uncovered racketeering, with subsidised farm inputs sold to traders while genuine farmers were denied access.
He warned that anyone collecting more than the approved ₦159,187 must refund the excess or face arrest, and called for the removal of corrupt agro-dealers to protect wheat farming and federal food security goals.
