In a pulsating clash at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Kano Pillars edged Enugu Rangers 4-3 in a high-stakes NPFL encounter.
Captain Ahmed Musa’s leadership was instrumental, winning a crucial penalty early on, converted by veteran Rabiu Ali in the 15th minute. By halftime, Pillars had stunned the home fans, racing to a 4-0 lead.
Rangers, however, came roaring back in the second half. Isaac Saviour netted twice, bringing renewed hope to the home side. With relentless pressure, Rangers closed the gap further as Nenrot Silas scored in stoppage time.

Despite this, Pillars held firm, securing a much-needed win after their recent loss to Akwa United.
