The Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Radda, has sustained minor injuries following a road accident along the Daura-Katsina Road. The incident occurred while he was carrying out official duties.
His Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Mohammed, confirmed the development in a statement on Monday, noting that the governor is in stable condition and did not suffer any serious injuries.

Governor Radda later addressed the public in a short live video from his residence, saying he was undergoing routine medical checks but remained in good health and high spirits. He expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah and to the people of Katsina for their prayers and support.
The governor also extended appreciation to well-wishers across the state and beyond, assuring them that he had fully resumed his responsibilities.
