Justice Modupe Nicole-Clay of the Lagos State High Court has discharged and acquitted three persons detained for their alleged involvement in the #EndSARS protest.
In a statement, Michael Christian, a Media and Communications Assistant at Amnesty International Nigeria, says the released detainees are one Sunday Okoro, Olumide Fatai and Oluwole Isa.

The body tasked the authorities to provide information about the status of other #EndSARS protesters being held in various prisons across the country.
The organisation said as of October last year 15 #EndSARS protesters have been held in detention since October 2020.
