Lagos State Government says efforts are on to evolve a comprehensive data register that will capture a reasonable number of residents in due course.
The Chief Press Secretary to the state Governor, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, says the government is taking a holistic look at the development of the ongoing cash transfer conversation.
He says Lagos will soon come out with a stance on the matter.

According to Mr Akosile, the State already has a similar register which is not comprehensive due to a series of dynamics that have taken place.Â
He added that the state already has a template for the register and the Governor will soon make a categorical statement on the issue.
