The Lagos State Government has announced plans to launch the Lagos Revenue Project (LRP), an innovative solution that will help streamline the collection of non-tax payments to the state.
The online portal, which the state says will be user-friendly will be launched by the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on 15th of August, 2024.
Making this known at a press briefing on Friday, the Special Adviser on Taxation and Revenue, Abdul-Kabir O. Ogungbo, explained that the project is another demonstration of the Governor’s commitment to making life easier for Lagosians.

Ogungbo noted that the bill payment portal is in alignment with the Governor’s THEMES Plus agenda, which is aimed at improving the quality of lives of residents through enhancement of efficiency and convenience of revenue collection.
