Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface speaks out after €25,000 fine and match ban

Super Eagles striker, Victor Boniface, has broken his silence after being handed a one-match ban and a €25,000 fine by the German Football Association, DFB.

Following their decision, the former Union SG forward reacted on his social media page by telling his contacts not to bill him for the next three months after being fined approximately the equivalent of approximately N44 million.

The punitive measures were handed to him after he was found guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct during his team’s recent Super Cup match against VfB Stuttgart.

The DFB took the decision on Wednesday after conducting an investigation into an incident that occurred right after the match ended.
