The Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, says his biggest ambition is to manage Real Madrid and become the club’s first African manager. The Franco-Malian made the remarks in an interview with French broadcaster RMC Sport.

During the interview, the coach also addressed Victor Osimhen’s on-pitch argument with Ademola Lookman during Nigeria’s second-round match against Mozambique at the AFCON. Mr Chelle described the incident as a minor altercation, saying it was resolved internally after the match and that there was never any intention for the striker to leave the team camp or miss subsequent games.
