The National Business and Technical Examinations Board has released the results of the 2025 June and July NBC and NTC examinations, showing a significant rise in both enrolment and performance compared to last year.
Registrar Mohammed Aminu Mohammed said over 92,000 candidates registered across nearly 1,900 centres nationwide, a 37 percent increase in enrolment from 2024.

Of those graded, more than 61,000 candidates obtained five credits including English and Mathematics, while over 74,000 secured five credits with or without the two core subjects. Pass rates in English stood at 93 percent and in Mathematics at almost 95 percent.
The board also reported a decline in malpractice cases and announced that registration has opened for the November and December examinations.
