The report highlighted Air Peace as the domestic airline with the highest number of delayed flights (7,619 out of 15,413 operations), followed by Arik Air and United Airlines. In the international sector, Value Jet, Delta Airline, and Uganda Air had the most delays, while Virgin Atlantic recorded the least.

The NCAA also noted that five airlines—two international and three domestic—were sanctioned in December for violations, including failure to refund passengers, mishandled baggage, and non-compliance with directives.
