A new study by the Centre for Media Monitoring in the United Kingdom finds that nearly 70 percent of 40,000 news articles about Muslims contained negative portrayals.
The report warns that such biased coverage is contributing to rising anti-Muslim sentiment and hate crimes across Britain.
Outlets most frequently flagged for harmful coverage include The Spectator, GB News, and several national newspapers.

Conversely, broadcasters such as BBC, ITV, and newspapers like The Guardian were least likely to produce biased content. The study highlights the impact of media framing on public attitudes, political debate, and the daily lives of British Muslims.
