Nigeria Exploration and Production Limited (NEPL) has announced that it reached a daily crude oil output of 355,000 barrels. The record was announced Tuesday in a statement signed by the company’s spokesperson.
According to NEPL, the output is the highest the company has recorded since 1989. Officials attributed the improvement to restored pipelines, better security and increased field optimisation.
