Nigeria’s home-based Super Eagles will face Zanzibar today in their first-ever meeting, as part of preparations for the 2024 African Nations Championship, CHAN.
The friendly kicks off at 2pm Nigerian time and is the first of two matches between both sides, with another encounter scheduled for Thursday.

Eric Chelle’s team arrived in Zanzibar last week after playing three warm-up games in Nigeria as they step up final preparations for the tournament.
The Eagles are drawn in Group D alongside defending champions Senegal, Sudan, and Congo. The CHAN competition begins this weekend.
