Nigerian Military Bombs Terrorist Camp, Neutralises Fighters in Zamfara

The military says it has killed several terrorists after bombing a camp in Zamfara belonging to terrorist leader, Kachalla Dogo Sule. The operation was confirmed by Airforce spokesperson, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame.

The air strikes were carried out following intelligence reports on the location of the camp. The military said the operation was aimed at disrupting terrorist networks and logistics.

According to the spokesperson, the strikes destroyed weapons and hideouts used by the armed groups and ground forces were also deployed to secure the area after the bombing.

The military said the operation forms part of ongoing efforts to restore security in Zamfara and neighbouring states and further operations will continue.
