Nottingham Forest have lodged a formal complaint with the Professional Game Match Officials Limited following their Premier League defeat to Manchester City. The club raised concerns about refereeing decisions made during the match.
Forest said several key incidents influenced the outcome, including challenges involving Manchester City players. The club believes some decisions should have been reviewed more closely.
As part of the complaint, Forest has asked PGMOL to release the audio recordings of communications between the referee and the video assistant referee. They say the request is aimed at understanding how decisions were reached.
