Nigerian actress and filmmaker Omoni Oboli has criticised Ghanaian television stations for broadcasting her films without proper licensing, describing the practice as unacceptable.
In a post on Instagram on Saturday evening, Ms Oboli took aim at both the broadcasters and Ghana’s National Film Authority, accusing the regulatory body of failing to curb such copyright infringements.

Expressing frustration over the lack of enforcement, she underscored the significant effort involved in film production and warned that legal action could follow if the unauthorised screenings continue.
