Fuji music icon Wasiu Alabi Ajibola Odetola, popularly known as Pasuma, has addressed the recent incident in Ikire, Osun State, where his convoy was attacked during a visit for a live performance.
The veteran singer was in the Irewole Local Government Area on Sunday when parts of his convoy were damaged by agitated youths. A viral video showed broken windscreens, with a voice alleging gunfire.

Speaking during a subsequent performance, Pasuma clarified the situation, saying there was no shooting. He explained that an overwhelming crowd had gathered, with many unable to enter the venue despite an external screen being provided.
He said a few unruly individuals among the crowd resorted to throwing stones after being denied access, resulting in damage to his Hilux and Hummer bus.
Pasuma praised his deep fanbase in Ikire and described the attackers as a minority element.
