Music star Peter Okoye has denied claims circulating online that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission disowned an ₦800,000 fraud case said to be linked to him. He described the reports as false and labelled them “propaganda.”
Okoye said no official communication supports the rumour and urged the public to disregard the circulating narratives.
He added that he remains open to cooperating with authorities on any legitimate inquiry.
