The family of the late Nick Imudia, former Chief Executive Officer of Konga, an e-commerce company, has challenged claims that he took his own life.
On June 27, the late Mr. Imudia was reported to have allegedly jumped from a storey building in Lagos.
In a statement on Sunday, signed by Anthony Imudia, the family said his death was wrongly characterised as suicide by media reports.
The family said the late Mr. Imudia was full of life and was, until his death, the group CEO of D.light International with headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, where he resided.

Superintendent of Police Benjamin Hundeyin, the Public Relations Officer of the Lagos police command, said the state criminal investigation department, SCID, has commenced investigations into the late businessman’s death.
