The group says the March 23 strike in Rafah amounts to a war crime and reflects a disturbing pattern of attacks on humanitarian personnel.

According to the PRCS, the victims, who were clearly identifiable in reflective uniforms and marked ambulances, were responding to an earlier strike when they came under fire in the Tal as-Sultan district.
Footage retrieved from a medic’s phone reportedly captures their final moments.
PRCS President Younis al-Khatib says only an impartial commission can establish the facts and ensure accountability.
