President Tinubu Appoints Bishop Kukah as Pro-Chancellor of Federal University in Kaduna State

President Bola Tinubu has named Bishop Matthew Kukah as the pro-chancellor of the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, in Kaduna State.  

The appointment was confirmed in a statement on Monday by Bayo Onanuga, special adviser to the president on information and strategy. The president also approved the selection of key university officials, including Professor Williams Barnabas Qurix as vice-chancellor, Sanusi Gambo Adamu as registrar, Ibrahim Dalhat as bursar, and Daniel Abubakar as university librarian.

Previously known as Nok University, the institution was renamed after the federal government assumed control of its assets.
