President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of eight new Chief Executive Officers for Parastatals and Agencies under the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
Ajuri Ngelale,the Presidential Spokesperson and Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity announced this in a Statement yesterdayÂ
According to Mr. Ngelale, the appointment takes effect with immediate effect.

Those appointed include; Lanre Issa-Onilu as Director-General, National Orientation Agency (NOA); Salihu Abdulhamid Dembos as Director-General Nigerian Television Authority (NTA); Muhammed Bulama as Director-General, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) and Charles Ebuebu as Director-General, National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).
Others are; Jibrin Baba Ndace as Director-General, Voice of Nigeria (VON); Lekan Fadolapo as Director-General Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON); Ali Muhammed Ali as Managing Director News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and Dili Ezughah as Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Press Council (NPC).
The Presidential Spokesperson added that the President tasks the newly entrusted leaders in these important sub-sectors to innovate and create new opportunities for Nigerians to leverage upon through the effective reform of these key institutions of government which function to unify our people, reshape mindsets, and showcase this great nation to the rest of the world.
