President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has directed ministers and heads of federal agencies to limit their official convoys to a maximum of three vehicles.
According to a statement by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Ononuga, the decision aims to curb unnecessary expenses and encourage fiscal responsibility within the government.

The president directed that all ministers, ministers of state, and heads of agencies will have no more than five security personnel attached to them, consisting of four police officers and one Department of State Services officer.
