Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has confirmed that a warrant has been issued for her arrest and that of her family members following allegations of theft made by her husband, politician Ned Nwoko. Speaking during a live Instagram broadcast, Daniels said she had verified the warrant, which stems from claims that $40,000 was stolen from Nwoko’s residence.
Daniels denied the allegation, saying it was impossible because, according to her, Nwoko does not keep money at home. She added that the warrant applied to all the individuals named, including herself, and insisted that the accusation was unfounded. During the broadcast, her sister said the family would pursue legal action if evidence was not provided to substantiate the claim.

The dispute follows months of public conflict between the couple, which became widely known in October after Daniels accused Nwoko of domestic violence in a viral video.
