Nigeria’s representative at the 2025 Basketball Africa League playoff, Rivers Hoopers, will hope to bounce back from their defeat to Al Ittihad Alexandria when they face FUS Rabat on Thursday in Morocco.
The Hoopers previously defeated FUS Rabat, who are hosting the Kalahari Conference, in their second game and are now focused on securing a win over the home side.

In an exclusive interview with Radio Now 95.3FM Lagos, Rivers Hoopers’ Media Officer, Queen Moseph, said, “It’s not easy to beat a team twice, but our coach has identified the errors we made in the last game and has addressed them with the team in practice sessions.”
“We understand the importance of winning our remaining three games to qualify for the playoffs, which is also the goal of other teams. However, we’re hopeful we’ll achieve a good result against FUS Rabat,” she added.
The game is scheduled for April 10th at 8 pm Nigerian time.
