A Sudanese medical group has accused the Rapid Support Forces, RSF, of attempting to conceal evidence of mass killings in Darfur by burning bodies and burying victims in mass graves. The Sudan Doctors Network said paramilitaries collected hundreds of corpses from the streets of El-Fasher following their bloody capture of the city on 26 October.
The group described the events as part of a “full-fledged genocide,” condemning what it called flagrant violations of international and religious norms.

According to the International Organization for Migration, about 82,000 residents fled El-Fasher after the RSF takeover, while many remain trapped. Witnesses told Al Jazeera that some escapees died en route north from hunger, thirst, or gunfire as violence intensified across the region.
