The Nigeria Police Force has strengthened its deployment across the country ahead of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Judgment scheduled to be delivered this morning.
Police spokesman, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi says the Police is committed to ensuring the safety of lives and property before, during, and after the judgement.
Also, the Inspector-General of Police, Olukayode Egbetokun, has ordered the posting and redeployment of seven DIGs following their recent promotion.

Former FCT police boss, DIG Bala Ciroma has been redeployed to head the Department of Finance and Administration, DIG Frank Mba has been assigned to the Department of Training and Development, and DIG Habu Sani, to head the Force Intelligence Bureau.Â
Others are DIG Usman Nagogo to Department of Logistics and Supply, DIG Daniel Sokari-Pedro, to Department of Information and Communication Technology, DIG Ibrahim Sani Ka’oje, to Department of Research and Planning, and DIG Ede Ayuba Ekpeji to head the Department of Operations.
