Senate President Godswill Akpabio has called for stronger collaboration between Nigeria’s parliament and China’s legislature to bolster diplomatic, trade, and legislative ties. He made this appeal on Wednesday while receiving the new Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, Yu Dunhai, and officials from the Chinese Embassy during a courtesy visit to his office.
Akpabio highlighted the importance of building on President Bola Tinubu’s recent visit to China and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in September.
