Senator Sunday Marshal, representing the Kaduna South Senatorial District, has strongly condemned the recent abduction of 22 individuals by armed bandits in Kugauta and Kitanda communities, both situated within the Kumana Chiefdom of Kauru Local Government Area in Kaduna State.
In a statement, Senator Marshal described the attack as an appalling act of criminality, targeting innocent civilians. He vowed to work closely with the Kaduna State Government and the office of the Chief of Defence Staff to facilitate the establishment of a forward Military Operation Base in the affected region.

While acknowledging the efforts of security agencies in tackling the growing insecurity, the Senator urged them to intensify their actions, ensuring the safety of lives and property in Southern Kaduna, as well as across the broader Kaduna State and Nigeria.
