Senior Member Boko Haram Executioner Surrenders to Troops of the Nigerian Army

A senior member of Boko Haram, Bashir Bulabuduwaye, a senior member of Boko Haram, has surrendered to troops of the Nigerian army. 
Bulabuduwaye was said to have surrendered alongside his family members on Monday in Banki, Bama LGA of Borno state. 
According to Mr. Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency expert in Lake Chad BULABUDUWAYE was Boko Haram’s chief executioner who has “killed at least 1,000 people who were captured and sentenced to death” by the group.
