Skales Accuses EFCC Of Illegally Invading His Home

Nigerian music star, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng popularly known as Skales has accused personnel of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of illegally raiding his Lagos home at 4 a.m. yesterday.

The EFCC in a statement had confirmed raiding the house of Skales, alleging that he and two others were arrested over suspicions of being involved in Romance Scam.

But Skales in a series of posts via his X account (formerly known as Twitter), told his followers that the men of the agency stormed his house while he was with his 6-month-old daughter and family. He also accused the EFCC of hitting  his producer with a stick.

According to him, the personnel of the anti fraud and corruption agency broke his back door to gain entrance into his house.

While reacting to the statement of the EFCC that alleged that fraud materials were found on the phone of two persons found in his home, the singer says it is not true

He added that the two persons they found in his house and arrested are a producer he is working with and the other is an artiste I’m helping to shape his career.
