Nigeria’s Super Eagles are set for a packed international schedule in May and June, including the return of the Unity Cup in London and a potential clash with Russia.
The four-nation Unity Cup, scheduled for May 2025, will feature Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago. In the semi-finals, Trinidad & Tobago face Jamaica on 27 May, while Nigeria reignites its rivalry with Ghana on 28 May. The final and third-place play-off are set for 31 May.

Nigeria, twice winners of the tournament, will seek redemption after a 4-1 defeat to Ghana in their last London encounter. Meanwhile, discussions are reportedly underway for a friendly against Russia in June.
The matches are expected to serve as key preparation for Nigeria’s future international engagements, with the Super Eagles aiming to fine-tune their squad ahead of upcoming competitions.
