Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle will return to Nigeria by the end of the month to scout players in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). Chelle, who was appointed in January, is currently touring Europe to meet with the national team’s top stars.
Alongside his first assistant, Hedi Taboubi, Chelle recently visited England-based players Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi. The duo also met Nantes winger Moses Simon in France as part of their tour. Chelle’s European visit continues this week, but he plans to shift his focus to domestic players upon returning to Nigeria.
