Nigeria’s Super Eagles have retained the 39th position in the latest FIFA men’s world ranking released on Thursday.
The three-time African champions are ranked sixth in Africa just under Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire and Tunisia who are the top five teams on the continent.

The three-time African champions defeated the Cheetah of Benin 3-0 and picked a 0-0 draw against the Amavubi of Rwanda.
