Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, President Ibrahim Gusau has said that the Super Eagles will still qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup despite a poor start.
After four games in the qualifiers, the Eagles sit in fifth position with three points from four games, having drawn three games and lost one.
According to the NFF President, the Super Eagles are starting to build momentum as shown by their level of progress.

He also said that the team has its eye on winning the next Nations Cup in Morocco which will be held in 2025.
