After 313 minutes of play, Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke has opened his goalscoring account in Spain’s La Liga.
He scored the decisive goal in Sevilla’s 2-1 win against Real Valladolid at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium, his first for Sevilla since joining from CSKA Moscow last summer after his contract with the Russian club expired.
Sevilla initially took the lead just before halftime due courtesy of an own goal from David Torres, but Real Valladolid equalized in the 56th minute with a strike from Kike Pérez.
