President Bola Tinubu has appointed Abubakar Momoh as the new Minister-Designate of the Ministry of Niger Delta Development.
Mr Momoh was re-deployed from the Federal Ministry of Youth.
Other redeployments which were announced yesterday include former Osun governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, who has been named Minister-Designate of Marine & Blue Economy.

Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo has been redeployed to the Ministry of Interior, while Hon. Sa’idu Alkali was redeployed as the Honourable Minister of Transportation.
The President also stated that both Ministers of State in the Oil & Gas sector are domiciled in the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources while the Federal Ministry of Environment has been renamed as the Federal Ministry of Environment and Ecological Management.
All Ministers-Designate will be sworn into office this morning in Abuja.
