President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Abuja after a ten-day working visit to Lagos and other parts of the country. The trip began with his attendance at the coronation of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, in Ibadan, before continuing official engagements in Lagos.
During his stay, the President met with top investors, including Global Infrastructure Partners’ Bayo Ogunlesi and Metis Capital Partners’ Hakeem Bello-Osagie. He also hosted the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organisation, Mr Arsenio Dominguez, reaffirming plans to develop Nigeria’s maritime industry as a key economic driver.

Ahead of Independence Day, Mr Tinubu commissioned projects in Imo State and unveiled a book on ten years of APC governance. He later inaugurated the renovated National Theatre, renamed the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts.
