President Bola Tinubu has directed the Department of State Services, DSS, to immediately vacate the office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to a statement issued by Tunde Rahman from the Presidential Villa the president says any issues between the two important agencies of government will be resolved amicably.

Recall that yesterday reports cited the Ikoyi office in question saw the DSS park two armoured personnel carriers on the premises amidst allegations from EFCC staff that they were prevented from accessing their offices.
Reacting to the incident, Peter Afunanya, DSS spokesperson, said his agency did not barricade the EFCC office in Ikoyi, but was only occupying its own facility.
